I’ve seen so many claims for cures that sadly give gearing sufferers hope when it’s just myths, misinformation or scams. Sadly those of us with tinnitus can get desperate for a cure even though research has come up with no single way to cure all sources of tinnitus.
While Music and Noise Notch Therapy have given many a reduction in their tinnitus, it only can work and improve on one type of hearing loss. But at least it has helped many by actually reducing tinnitus, which is more than can be said about the following questionable claims.
Here are some of the myths I’ve discovered:
Don’t drink cows milk
Claiming this is a cure for everyone just because this tinnitus reduced over the same week they stopped drinking milk. Research base of one.
