Synchronise the tone in the settings page to the tone you hear in your head. You can uncouple the tone so that the left ear and right ear are at independent frequencies. Click the save / pin button.

Return to the home view and press play. White noise is played continuously and where your tinitus tones are, the white noise is filtered out.
